You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to own firearms to purchase a rifle. You are responsible for complying with all federal, state and local laws that apply to you. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe may violate the law.
2. Firearm Orders
All firearms ship to a licensed FFL dealer. The transfer is completed by the dealer, who conducts the required background check. If a transfer cannot be completed, please contact us to arrange the return of the firearm through an FFL. See our FFL transfers guide for details.
3. Pricing and Availability
Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or becomes unavailable, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Payment
Payment is due at checkout. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We use secure, encrypted payment processing and do not store full card numbers.
5. Shipping and Returns

6. Product Information
We work hard to describe products accurately using manufacturer specifications. Colors and finishes may look slightly different on your screen. If you need a specific detail confirmed, ask us before ordering.

Firearms and accessories must be used safely and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable law. Tombstone Tactical is not liable for misuse, improper installation or modifications. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
