This page explains our shipping and returns policy for rifles and accessories. We have kept it short and clear, and if anything is unclear, please contact us before you order.
Shipping and Returns at a Glance

Rifle Shipping
Rifles ship only to a licensed FFL dealer that you choose at checkout. We verify the dealer’s license before shipping, and every rifle ships insured with tracking. Once your rifle arrives, your dealer will contact you to complete the transfer. See our FFL transfers guide for the full process.
Accessory Shipping
Scope rings, bases, mounts, rails, magazines and parts ship directly to your address. Orders are processed on business days and you will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.
Order Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. We will email you if there is any delay with your order.
Inspect Your Order
Please inspect your rifle at the FFL and your accessories as soon as they arrive. If anything is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and the packaging so we can file a claim and make it right.
Returns on Accessories
Unused accessories in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for a return authorization and instructions. Items that have been mounted, fired or modified cannot be returned unless they are defective. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Returns on Rifles
Because of federal regulations, rifle returns must be shipped back by a licensed FFL dealer. Rifles that have been transferred to you and fired are generally not returnable, but they remain covered by Seekins Precision’s manufacturer warranty. Please contact us before arranging any rifle return so we can guide you through the process.
